Duties

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed, ensuring proper functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Skills
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
