- Provide information about State Farm insurance products and services.
- Provide Auto, Home, Condo, Life, Health and Disability insurance products to meet customer needs.
- Assist clients with policy questions and additional insurance and financial service products.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Auto/Fire and/or Health/Life Licensed is preferred but not required
