ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Account Sales Representative you are vital to our daily business operations, agency growth and customer relations. You will grow our agency through meaningful client interactions, discovery conversations and acting as a liaison between our agency partners. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide information about State Farm insurance products and services.

Provide Auto, Home, Condo, Life, Health and Disability insurance products to meet customer needs.

Assist clients with policy questions and additional insurance and financial service products.

Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Auto / Fire and / or Health / Life Licensed is preferred but not required
