The Detailer is responsible for cleaning the interior of the auto and detailing the exterior to look as good as new.
Responsibilities
- Spray wheel acid cleaner on rims and remove all rust spots and debris from exterior.
- Degrease, wash and dry engine with air hose (120 psi).
- Spray shine all exterior engine parts
- Clean trunk area and remove spare tire
- Clean and scrub interior carpets, headliner and floor mats
- Wipe down exterior with thinner. Wet sand any deep scratches.
- Use high speed buffer (3500 rpms) to remove remaining scratches using compound and polishing wax.
- Apply paste wax to exterior finish
- Wipe down dash and dress with vinyl coat
- Clean all windows in and out
- Detail exterior with detail brush
- Shine tires
- Responsible for completing vehicle pick-up and drop-off assignments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Utilize all proper personal protective equipment at all times
- Understand, comply and enforce federal, state and local safety regulations (i.e. OSHA requirements)

- Strong attention to detail

- Prior auto detailing experience preferred
