The service porter/valet is responsible for supporting the service department by moving and organizing vehicles, maintaining cleanliness of the service area and assisting customer needs. Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Assist in the vehicle check in process, including greeting customers
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer waiting area
- Wash and vacuum customer vehicles as needed
- Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as requested
- Maintain readiness of Service Loaners
- Follow all dealership safety and operational policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Able to work flexible schedules and some Saturdays
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
