- AIA Billing - prepare and submit, monitor for payment status
- Coordinate with project managers to verify job costs
- Prepare and submit certified payroll
- Maintain accurate financial records- accounts payable/receivable
- Onboard new hires- coordinate payroll, benefits, I-9 info
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office, accounting and payroll software
- Detail oriented
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
