John Evans Recruiting is conducting a search for an HRIS Coordinator for a 400-employee company based in Columbia, MD. This organization has invested in a major upgrade with ADP Workforce Now and has created this new HRIS role to expand the company’s use of the system.
The HRIS Coordinator will report to the VP HR on a 4-person HR team. The Coordinator will do heavy data entry and mapping in three new ADP Workforce Now modules to get the system organized. The HRIS Coordinator will also serve as a backup for bi-weekly payroll processing.
This position is based in the Columbia, MD HQ 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and is 100% in office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 2 years of HRIS experience preferred
- Experience with an HRIS upgrade or HRIS system implementation preferred
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- Payroll experience preferred
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and data entry skills
- Ability to commute daily to Columbia, MD HQ
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
