John Evans Recruiting is representing an industry-leading SaaS company in Baltimore in their search for a Senior UX Designer for their product team. Our client has an industry-leading product and is looking to develop additional features for their platform released in 2022 with a rapidly scaling user base. This 50-employee client has a phenomenal culture and mission to make the American dream possible for all.
Our client’s flat, lean organization requires a Lead UX Designer who can roll up their sleeves to make impact immediately. The Sr. UX Designer may lead one direct report but may also serve as an individual contributor in improving the user experience and “stickiness” of the product.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of UX design experience
- SaaS product design experience is strongly preferred
- People leadership experience is preferred
- High level of creativity and innovation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in the Baltimore office 2 days a week
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
