Do you aspire to deepen your involvement in the design process and prepare for the Architect Registration Examination (ARE)? If so, we are searching for talented and ambitious Architectural Designers with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team in Manassas, VA. This position is an excellent fit for individuals who have previously played an integral role in project production and coordination using Revit.
This is a hybrid-remote position. After an acclimation period, you will be eligible to work from your home two days per week.

Requirements:
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- Three years of proven project experience
- Ability to develop and translate design intent into construction documents
- Proficiency in REVIT
- General knowledge of common building codes, construction materials, finishes, and details
- Resourcefulness and the ability to think critically
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Agility and flexibility - must be a team player that can handle multiple tasks
- A desire to work on all phases of a project through construction completion
- Able to reliably commute to Manassas, VA
- Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilize REVIT (primarily), AutoCAD (some), and other design software to create detailed architectural drawings and schematics.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Apply knowledge of construction, system design, and graphic design to enhance project outcomes.

Pay: From $64,500.00 per year
