Job Responsibilities:
The Post Partum nurse is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care for pregnant patients.
This includes considering the patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, language barriers, age, teaching needs, and readiness to learn when providing care.
The Post Partum nurse works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop a comprehensive plan of care and implements evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Work Schedule:
This full-time position offers a schedule of six shifts per two-week pay period, with some weekends required.
Shifts are from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a break for lunch and opportunities for professional growth and development.
