Your Responsibilities
The RN II will assume principle responsibility for the total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all Emergency Department patient populations. This includes independently anticipating professional responsibilities and accepting accountability for professional actions.
You will use critical thinking skills both in triage and in providing care for all categories and types of Emergency Department Patients. You will also oversee RN l's, ED Tech's and CNA's and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, co-workers, and physicians.
In this role, you will participate in departmental Performance Improvement activities and monitoring as requested.
