Your Role
- Maintenance Excellence: Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment to keep production running smoothly.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work with operators and fellow maintenance team members to enhance productivity and safety.
- Time management: A dependable, self-motivated individual that can accomplish tasks in a timely manner with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, safety is a priority.
- Experience: 2 years in industrial maintenance (food processing preferred).
- Skills: Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic expertise; welding or PLC knowledge is a plus.
- Mindset: Safety-focused and team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Work-life Balance: 40-to-50-hour work week Monday-Friday.
