The Margaret Murphy Centers for Children are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, or LCPC) to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to students individually and in group settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and possess strong clinical skills to support students in addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
- Perform assessments to determine treatment plans
- Provide counseling and crisis management services
- Offer child counseling support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for students
- Assist in the development of treatment goals and plans for students with developmental disabilities
- Must hold a valid license as a LCSW, LMSW, or LCPC
- Previous experience in patient care and counseling
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in crisis intervention and managing high-stress situations
