The John Flatley Company is an owner manager of apartment communities throughout New England . We are seeking a part time appliance technician for our recently built community in Quincy.
Great opportunity for somebody to pick up extra hours during the week or on Saturdays or for someone who is semi retired but wants to keep busy or join a well established operating company.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot, replace parts and repair appliances
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in appearance and interactions with residents
- HVAC : Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of mostly air handler and condensers.
- Proper care of company tools and equipment
Requirements and Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent certification preferred
Must be sufficiently skilled a repairing appliances or HVAC .
Basic computer skills. Email and work order software
Valid MA driver's license with reliable transportation
