We are looking for an
Experienced Property Manager
for our Market Rate New England Portfolio.
The successful candidate
must have 5 Years
prior market rate Property Management experience, polished communications skills, supervisory experience, and be well organized and self-motivated.
Responsibilities Include :
- Execution of Leasing and Operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and resident retention goals.
- Managing the financial performance of the property including budgetary accountability and collections.
- Overseeing Maintenance Department
- HR Hiring & Management.
- Yardi Experience required.
- College Degree required
- 5 Years' Experience Managing a Market Rate Community required.
