At John Galt Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the assembly process of complex mechanical structures.
About the Job:
- Finalize assembly strategies for each step and collaborate with system teams to optimize assembly steps, tools, methods, and safety measures.
- Develop assembly work instruction packets for SPARC sub-assemblies and incorporate them into assembly work orders.
- Assist in improving the work instruction packet and work order creation process to increase standardization, efficiency, and safety.
- Collaborate with assembly engineers, tooling engineers, designers, coordinators, and direct personnel performing Tokamak Assembly during on-site work.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in integrating complex and large mechanical structures (e.g., aerospace, chemical) and creating work instruction packets.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field (e.g., metrology, high-vacuum projects and processes).
- Familiarity with manufacturing management software and NX.
