Responsibilities
Greet our customers with a warm smile and make them feel welcome and appreciated
Provide service for basic tasks such as payments and document requests
Direct the traffic of incoming communication and connect the customer need with the appropriate associate
Assist our Team Members with general office tasks such as mailing, faxing, and contacting customers to verify information
