Hours: 3.25 hrs. (10:15 a.m. -1:30 p.m.)
Monthly rotation (between 3)
Position: Dishroom/serving
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Production:
? Put clean dishes up
? HACCP documentation logs
Service: Monthly rotation
? 1. Dish machine/put clean dishes away and scrub dishes
? 2. Serving/scrubbing dishes and putting clean away
? 3. Serving/pulling clean dishes and putting clean away
Closing Task:
? daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning
? laundry
? take out trash
? Anything deemed appropriate by the manager.
All positions will start at $13.00 per hour during a short training period but will increase to $17.43 upon completion of training and a good review from the cafeteria manager.
