Senior Logistic Product Development Support Analyst
Overview: JHNA is currently seeking a talented professional to join our Fort Gregg-Adams Team. This position will support our government customer within CASCOM's Logistics Material Readiness Directorate and will require on-site support at Fort Gregg Adams.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with appropriate activities and prepare/submit input to STRAP's, providing concepts, detail and utilization of the training support products
- Support as Training Lead at the Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and conferences.
- Participate in IPT and training conferences to review contractor-developed logistical support analysis records or their equivalent training materials
- Address initial training support requirements in JCIDS documentation; provides training input and updates at Milestones B and C, JCIDS documentation.
- Provide direction for developing and implementing Operator and Field Level maintenance training programs to support new or emerging systems; verifies all maintenance Technical Manuals (TM) and Transportation (TC) proponent operator technical manuals in accordance with (IAW) AR 25-30.
- Provide input to Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP) and Feeder Data IAW AR 71-1; SME input on FMECA, LORA, MTA, special tools, and Logistics Product Development (LPD).
- Participates as SME in Maintenance Assessments (MA), Maintenance Evaluations (ME) and Logistics Demonstrations (LD) IAW AR 700-127, AR 700-142.
- Provide input and review the materiel developer's contract strategies, statements of work, contract data requirements lists and related documents.
- Prepare and present briefings, coordinate and conduct various conferences, and/or meetings in support of LMRD missions as required by CSSD.
Qualifications Required:
- Candidate must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance, or the candidate must be able to obtain a DoD issued clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS).
- Knowledge of research methods and sources of educational scientific data, ability to determine the scope and outline of a project to indicate information to be collected to achieve a finished product.
- Individual must have experience and be knowledgeable with the Army Future Command, Army Requirement Oversight Council (AROC) and Joint Requirement Oversight Council (JROC) staffing requirements and procedures.
- Individual must be familiar with the Comment Resolution Matrix/ Comment Adjudication process within JCIDS.
