Must-Have : Full-time availability with every other weekend required.

Description :

The position is full-time, requiring three shifts per week with every other weekend.

No block scheduling is accommodated.

Floating is mandatory within a 50-mile radius, and clinicians may be required to float outside their primary area of competency.

A team-based model will be in use if floated outside the primary competency.

Requests for time off are limited to a maximum of five days, with no more than two consecutive days, and no requests for time off on weekends.

Time off cannot be taken the day before or after a holiday.

Flu vaccine exemptions are allowed for medical or religious reasons only.
