Description :
Full-time position with 5 shifts per week, including every other weekend.
Block scheduling or special requests are not accommodated.
Floating is mandatory, and staff may be required to float to other units within 50 miles up to 2 hours before their shift.
If floated outside of the primary competency, a team-based model will be used.
Time off requests can be a maximum of 5 days with no more than 2 consecutive days.
There are no requests for time off on weekends or around holidays.
Compliance documentation is due the Monday before orientation by close of business.
Lab work must be completed within 72 hours of accepting an assignment.
Orientation for this role is 24 hours.
