Motorcoach Operators - Licensed CDL Drivers
Full Time, Part Time or Seasonal
John Hall’s Alaska includes one of the newest and most recognizable fleet across Alaska. As a result, we also have the highest standard of CDL Motorcoach Operators across Alaska. Individuals are responsible for the safety, wellness and quality of transportation provided. Motorcoach operators are also responsible for maintaining the John Hall’s Alaska fleet to the highest brand expectations including cleanliness and guest comfort. Join a family owned, customer service focused brand with a heavy emphasis on supporting the internal team members. Work alongside charter partners with luxury equipment for multi day trips.
- Operate motorcoach in safe and productive manner (Tour Manager only)
- Understand motorcoach operations and maintenance / safety requirements
- Current, valid, and clean record with a CDL
- Must at least be class B and have a passenger and air brake endorsement
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience driving a motorcoach
- Work alongside John Hall’s Alaska Tour Representatives or charter companies to ensure experience and expectations are met
- Any necessary administrative tasks to support tour operations or driving requirements
- Responsible management of guest luggage including delivery, loading and accuracy in luggage delivery / luggage pulls.

Accommodations or stipend available for Anchorage housing. All other housing costs covered while traveling via motorcoach.
Incentive pay based on days, per diem and safety.
