Residential warranty manager

Premier Cincinnati home building company based in Blue Ash is seeking an experienced residential warranty manager. This is a full time opportunity with benefits.

JOB PURPOSE

Must be well versed in industry standards and warranty guidelines and have the ability to communicate our warranty policies to our homeowners. You will manage home owner’s concerns in a prompt, courteous manner relating to items that need repair. This includes visiting the homeowner to ensure the validity of the service request, and creating work orders to complete the approved repairs. You will also complete quality inspections for homes under construction.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Should be motivated and self-driven, with at least 2 years of relevant residential construction experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance are required
• Must be technology savvy- the job requires using a smart phone, laptop, and a tablet to maintain job progress.
• Must be able to diplomatically and effectively handle stressful customer situations
• Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of residential construction
• Ensure that the schedule is followed by holding subcontractors accountable. You will approve payments, and resolve problems with vendors and subcontractors.
• Must be pro-active with scheduling and follow up calls to both subcontractors and homeowners.
• Generate work orders and enter warranty data into the service software in a timely manner.
• Candidate should be outgoing, dependable and ethical, with the ability to work alone with a strong attention to detail and to be quality focused.
• Must be flexible with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment, and be able to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
• Position requires you to be hands on with your own tools.
• Will assist in job site supervision as necessary.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
