Day in the life of an Inside Sales Representative
- Make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field
- Develop Key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
- Participate in trainings so that you grow and develop as a professional
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
- Convert loss opportunities into successful sales
- Research account, identify key players, and generate interest
- Any other duties needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission, while abiding by the JH core values
What We Need
- Self-starter, with the ability to stay focused on goals and be self-disciplined
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Multi-task and work well under deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and organization skills with an attention to details
- Excellent active listening skills and ability to translate that into written format
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal and driving background checks
- Lift and/or carry 15 pounds
