About the Role: As an HVAC Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting HVAC Technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. You will be responsible for performing basic tasks but also have the opportunity to learn more about the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality duct cleaning and related HVAC services while determining Interior Air Quality
- Clean and sanitize air ducts and dryer vents in customers’ homes
- Explain additional services to customers, if applicable
- Ensure all pre-assigned jobs are successfully completed
- Any other duties needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission, while abiding by the JH core values
Qualifications:
- Work at a fast pace and complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Work independently and collaboratively with a team, suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Push, lift, and pull up to 175 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record; maintain a good driving record in compliance with John Henry’s requirements
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal and driving background checks
