We are seeking a driven and accomplished Freight Sales Representative with 5 years' experience in the transportation brokerage business who will help us grow from our current volume of $20M in annual revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage your industry expertise and client relationships to drive new business growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and enhance client retention.
• Provide exceptional service to existing clients while identifying additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with our operations and leadership teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the continued growth of the company.
Qualifications:
• 5 years of proven outside sales experience in the transportation brokerage industry, with a focus on Full and Partial Van, Box Truck, Reefer, Flatbed, Hot Shot, and Over-Dimensional.
• A track record of sales success, demonstrated by meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Established client relationships with the ability to bring existing accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and success.
