As Client Care Specialist, you'll be on the front line to make every client welcome and ensure their experience is enjoyable. From answering phones and greeting visitors, to managing our Client Moving Truck schedules and maintenance, to collaborating on planning and execution of Client Events, this position is vital to making JJRE clients feel appreciated and satisfied.
But our Client Care Specialist is much more than a receptionist, they’ll also collect and prepare data for our internal databases, meetings and commission payouts, maintain electronic and physical filing systems, assist in creating presentations and marketing content, and much more. They’re an integral part of our small, locally owned real estate brokerage, which while a perennial top-producing company in our market, still maintains the small family feel that’s the heart of our local company.
Key traits of an outstanding Client Care Specialist are reliability, organization, a presentable front-office appearance with friendly demeanor, and the ability to communicate effectively with others. This position works with a close team of other administrative staff and our agents in a relaxed but professional atmosphere.
This full-time position requires an in-person, 40-hour workweek, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with lunch hour. The position offers paid holidays, vacation and sick days, however does not include healthcare benefits. Hourly pay is $20/hour. Experience in real estate or related field preferred, but not required. Start date is ASAP with paid on-site training provided.
