Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing stunning images and telling compelling stories through photography. This role requires a strong understanding of both the technical and artistic aspects of photography, along with proficiency in post-production techniques. The Photographer will work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality visual content that meets project goals.
Duties
- Capture high-quality photographs for various projects, including events, portraits, products, and editorial assignments.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each shoot.
- Conduct post-production work, including photo editing, manipulation, and color management to enhance the final images.
- Utilize video production skills to create engaging video content when required.
- Manage all aspects of photography projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
- Provide art direction during shoots to ensure the desired aesthetic is achieved.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in photography and video production to continuously improve skills.
Experience
- Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and subjects.
- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; experience with Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Familiarity with video production techniques is desirable but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of journalism principles can enhance storytelling through imagery.
- Strong understanding of color management principles to ensure consistent quality across all visual content.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
