Junior Architect / Project Manager

Job Description

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to shift focus on multiple projects, yet maintain a balanced workflow and meet deadlines
• Ability to self-manage to meet current project commitments
• Ability to listen effectively and possess a willingness to learn
• Communicate daily with the project lead manager
• Support the team in the creation of residential building designs by producing accurate construction drawings, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents
• Experience with producing construction documents for residential construction
• Familiarity with current residential building codes
• Desire to collaborate with interior and lighting designers, a/v contractors, developers, general contractors, clients, and vendors
• This is an in-person, in-office position
  
  

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred degree or certification in architecture or equivalent past work experience
• A license in Architecture is a plus but not required
  
  

SKILLS:

• Proficient at Revit
• Proficient at Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Preferred experience with client interaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
