Position Overview
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales initiatives. This role requires a combination of creativity, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities to generate leads, support sales teams, and increase brand awareness. The position reports to the Sales Manager and will assist in the oversight of seven sales consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in oversight of the sales team, including managing lead distribution to the team and ensuring the highest quality service is being provided to prospects
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-ups.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials.
- Manage the company’s website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing and sales data to assess campaign effectiveness and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for customer engagement and retention.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

Qualifications:
· Experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
· Bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
· Experience in the construction or home improvement industry (a plus).
