Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee daily jobsite operations, implement efficient project management practices, and uphold our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the production process.
2. Place each job on the calendar and coordinate scheduling with sales and management, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
3. Confirm that all materials are ordered, focusing on premium solutions such as James Hardie siding, Pella windows, and GAF roofing.
4. Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring an adequate supply of high-quality materials for each project and comprehensive exterior transformations.
5. Improve jobsite efficiency, implement cost containment measures, and uphold the company's reputation for exceptional quality.
6. Create work orders and field copies for subcontractors, emphasizing the use of premium materials and maintaining our commitment to excellence.
7. Communicate with the front office regarding invoicing, change orders, and other administrative tasks related to premium exterior remodeling.
8. Oversee site foremen, ensuring adherence to company policies, including the timely completion of Certificates of Completion for exterior transformations.
9. Respond to questions and problems from customers, site foremen, and management, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction.
10. Inspect work in progress to ensure the highest standards of quality and adequacy in exterior remodeling.
11. Maintain regular communication with the Owner/management, reporting on job progress, employee/subcontractor performance, and customer satisfaction in premium exterior transformations.
12. Schedule final walk-throughs with customers upon completion of each job, showcasing the exceptional quality of our work.
13. Approve all material and subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project budgets for premium exterior remodeling.
14. Schedule and coordinate final inspections for building permits, upholding our commitment to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of building principles and necessary technical knowledge to complete full exterior remodeling projects.
· Familiarity with construction industry software and tools.
· Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

· Bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred.
