Due to company growth, we are looking for all levels of Automotive Office Personnel. Bring your automotive office experience to an amazing auto group that offers great benefits and an unbeatable team to work with. We are hiring Billers, Tag & Title or General Automotive Accounting professionals. Resumes with less than 1 year of specific automotive office experience will not be considered. We appreciate our employees and invest in their success!

Responsibilities – Office Assistant:
- Complete motor vehicle registration paperwork
- Prepare tax and title documents on a timely basis
- Record incoming titles daily according to established procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Reconcile schedules
- Verify all deal contents and issue payoff checks for trade-ins
- Post all sale transactions to accounting
- Verify the accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications/Requirements – Office Assistant:
Auto Dealership office experience required- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Outstanding attention to detail, confidentiality, and organized
- A good work ethic
- Takes initiative
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
