Responsibilities - Sales Manager :
Increase market share and achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamManage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presenceOwn recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representativesBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusDesk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars.Qualifications / Requirements - Sales Manager :
Automotive Sales Manager experience requiredFord Dealership Management Experience PreferredA proven track record of success consistently meeting or exceeding targetsMUST be an active, hyper-aware manager with excellent closing skillsExcellent customer service skills, sales ability, and positive attitudeCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferencesDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skillsPlease upload your resume.
