We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fabrication Foreman to oversee and manage the fabrication and installation of projects, while also leading a team of skilled workers.
As part of the Fabrication team at John Mini, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and train a fabrication team, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Oversee fabrication and installation from start to finish.
- Manage project budgets, track labor hours/materials, and submit invoices.
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Improve processes and support sales leads.

Qualification/ Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communicational and organizational skills.
- Experience with CAD, excel, and project management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 75lbs.
