We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Foreman to join our Projects team to assist with all aspects of indoor and outdoor landscape construction.
As part of the Projects team at John Mini, you will be responsible for:
- Assist in plant installation, transplanting, and removals.
- Handle soil, mulch, and stone installation.
- Operate small equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain communication with team members and clients.
- Follow safety regulations, including OSHA certifications.
- Lead crew and manage job sites in absence of foreman.
- Understand landscape blueprints and architectural drawings.

- Highly detail organized, committed to delivering quality results.
- OSHA 30 and SST 10 certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outdoor landscape technician.
