What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Installations Supervisor position at John Mini Distinctive Landscapes?
John Mini is looking for a Field Supervisor to aid in our mission of making places beautiful-more productive, sustainable, and enjoyable!
We are looking for an experienced supervisor to provide support to our Outdoor Installations department at our prestigious client sites throughout NYC.
This role will primarily report to all of the installations job sites, and will require some office hours as well.

You have:
- 3 years supervisory experience in landscape installations
- A degree or certificate in the field of Landscaping
- Strong plant identification for NYC urbanscapes
- OSHA 10 minimum, OSHA 30 preferred
You will:
- Inspect jobsites throughout installation process ensuring quality and accuracy
- Lead the charge on training for all Foreman and Crew members
- Work with Account Managers and Clients for all job needs
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and troubleshoot problems on jobsites as needed
- Meet or beat estimated labor hours for scheduled jobs
