We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Carpentry Foreman to oversee and manage the fabrication and installation of projects, while also leading a team of skilled workers.
As part of the Fabrication team at John Mini, you will be responsible for :
- Lead carpentry projects from start to finish, including the fabrication and installation of custom wood pieces, cabinetry, and millwork.
- Lead and train a fabrication team, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, track labor hours / materials, and submit invoices.
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Improve processes and support sales leads.
