John Moore is looking to hire the best Pest Control Sales tech in the industry, we have created a top-notch team that provides unmatched value to our clients--one that is committed to our mission of establishing long-term relationships and making lives better.
Responsibilities:
- Build at least three (3) estimate options for every customer: good (immediate fix/repair), better, best.
- Run 5 calls everyday (2-3 hours per household.
- Close ratio - 50% minimum with continuous improvement until you reach your groups quarterly average.
- Quality of work - getting work done right the first time.
- Participate in all required company meetings, sales manager 1:1 and team meetings, come prepared to complete timecards before weekly meeting.
- Follow all company processes and work flows for job installs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Pest Control Sales
- Must be able to inspect all attics in extreme temperatures
- Wiling and able to provide options to the customer based on their needs, allowing them to make inform decisions.
- Proficient in use of email, electronic tablet, and software systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (good driving record)
- Valid Texas Pest Control license
- The opportunity to earn an average of $180,000 annually, Top performers earn $300k - $500k annually.
