JMC Homes is a leading homebuilder known for our commitment to quality and customer care. We're looking for an IT Specialist/ERP Migration Lead to join our team.
In this role you will:
- Serve as the primary point person for an ERP system migration and implementation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP system support, including troubleshooting, user training, and enhancements.
- Support data integration between ERP systems and other construction management software.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure ERP systems align with business processes and project needs.
- Provide day-to-day IT support, managing issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Maintain and update system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all technology platforms.
We are looking for someone who is:
- ERP/Systems experience
- IT Help Desk experience
- Systems based strengths
- A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A detail-oriented problem solver with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- A valid driver's license and clean driver's record
