* Schedule from 7am to 5pm.
* Critical thinking and problem solving.
* Communication skills relating to customers and drivers.
*Ensure drivers complete load assignments daily and monitor progress.
*Ensure proper equipment is assigned to loads.
*Ability to understand and set forth effective logistic planning to meet company goals.
*Monitor and manage drivers on-board DOT logs for driving availability.
*Prompt and regular communication with on site customer service department.
*Scheduling maintenance on equipment with in-house maintenance team.
*Ability to learn quickly and meet daily challenges and deadlines.
*Ability to multi-task is a must.
