Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Construction Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be capable of effectively overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Learn, follow and enforce JNC's company policies and procedures.
- Plan and coordinate operations.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of crew members.
- Create construction plans to minimize traffic disruptions and maximize safety for our employees and the traveling public.
- Cross train crew members on all aspects of tasks related to particular construction discipline.
- Work with indirect supervision.
- Utilize field tracking applications as required.
- Use a computer and related office equipment.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Level: 3 years preferred in either
- Civil, Excavation, Paving, Concrete, Pipe/Underground Utilities, Bridge Building, Heavy Highway.
- Value of pay based on qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
