As a valued member of our team, your role involves: arranging a variety of our brands in coolers and shelves to create an inviting and appealing presentation, seamlessly transitioning products from the backroom to the sales floor, working with account managers to skillfully construct eye-catching displays, maintaining well-organized overstock areas, and proactively ensuring inventory rotation to maintain product freshness. We provide training, ample prospects for growth, and an attractive hourly rate of $16/hr, paid weekly. As our Merchandisers navigate their designated routes, they will utilize their own vehicles.
Qualifications:
Because our merchandisers work with various individuals, including customers, account managers, store managers, and associates, we are in search of candidates who exude an outgoing and dependable demeanor, possess adaptability, a pleasant personality, and appearance and approach tasks with impeccable organization. Essential skills include attentive listening and effective problem-solving. This is a fast paced, physically demanding position that requires the ability to lift items weighing 40 lbs or more regularly, along with frequent bending and twisting, and the capacity to stand for 4-10 hours during shifts. Anticipate working during holidays and peak seasons. This role necessitates comfort with both independent work and collaborative team environments. Furthermore, candidates must be reliable, have a reliable vehicle with valid insurance, and a dependable smartphone for communication and work hour tracking.
Work hours will encompass early morning shifts, weekends, and some holidays. This opportunity is for a route encompassing the Saginaw area and will require open availability each Friday, with time spent servicing local stores on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
