ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Concierge to be part of our growing team. In this role, you will work on research requests that range from moving companies, data recovery for personal devices, and mobile petting zoos for a kid's party, to comparing winter coats, and everything in between. Our Corporate Concierge will also provide travel research and assistance to our clients.
This is a full-time, in-office position. The hourly pay is $20.00.
This is a temporary work assignment for 3 months, with the option for a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough research on lifestyle requests, including relocation services, event planning, shopping and gifts, and more.
- Plan, research, and book complex travel, including airfare, private car service, car rentals, hotel accommodations, fine dining, theater plays, sporting events, concerts, cruise packages, vacation packages, and so much more.
- As an ambassador, provide exceptional service to all clients aligned with the John Paul brand.
- Promote collaboration with team members, and management, to sustain a respectful work environment.
- Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality.
- Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience as a personal assistant, concierge, or executive assistant
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients verbally and/or in writing
- Event and party planning experience preferred
- Possess an exemplary positive attitude and passion for offering unmatched service beyond expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Excel in building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in the position
