Job Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Sales and Office administrator to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for suppliers and customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Having great attention to detail along with exceptional organizational skills is a must.
Responsibilities:
· Order entry, data entry, general customer service
· Assist with accounts receivable communications
· Sales support including development of sales reporting and mailings
· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications
· Administrative tasks including filing, answering phones, meeting coverage
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Lubricants industry knowledge and product familiarity is a plus
- Proven experience in sales analysis, administrative or clerical role is a plus
- Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in typing and data entry
