RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service to existing policyholders, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and helping with claims processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of various insurance policies, coverage options, and guidelines to effectively educate policyholders on their options.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis with policyholders to identify potential gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet their unique needs.
- Proactively contact policyholders to review their current coverage, identify potential opportunities for additional policies, and cross-sell relevant insurance products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, policy changes, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to policyholders.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide exceptional service and support to policyholders.
- Possess active Property & Casualty and Life & Health PA licenses or obtain these licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
- Experience in sales or the insurance industry is helpful, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with policyholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant software.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
