About Us:
John’s 4x4 has been around since 1978 with a solid reputation of trust and great service. We specialize in off-road outfitting including lifts, alignments, performance upgrades, full suspension modifications, and almost every accessory you can imagine.
While our passion is off-road, we offer full service automotive repairs for all our customers' vehicles. We have a 10,000 square foot facility with 12 lifts, well maintained equipment and spare no expense to ensure the job is done right!

About the Job:
Responsibilities include:
- Having parts on hand for scheduled appointments
- Staging parts to increase the efficiency of our technicians and promoting good work flow through the shop.
- Maintain an aggressive mindset when it comes to ensure parts are in the shop when needed - willing to go get parts if local or find creative ways to get parts in-house.
- Inventory Management - Weekly checks to ensure our commonly used parts are on hand.
- Engages with techs on a daily basis to witness, learn, and get feedback on parts acquired
- Build productive relationships with vendors to help drive tech productivity, optimize parts margins, and find creative ways to reduce inventory cash flow demands.
