Summary of Position:
Directs and coordinates all daily operations. Provide vision and leadership in long-range planning to ensure the continuity of the Branch. Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress, and crisis situations through effective problem-solving and mediation skills. Oversee compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Providing leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the Company are put into practice
- Developing business strategies and new business opportunities
- Must foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the Company
- Develop budgets for the branch with the assistance of the staff
- Supervising directly non-supervisory employees; carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Ensure the branch always delivers exceptional customer service.
- Monitor shipments to ensure they are handled in a timely fashion and to the satisfaction of the customer
