- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and customer service standards.

- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to achieve profitability goals.
- Customer Experience: Address customer concerns, ensure high-quality service, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and local laws.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to design and update menu offerings based on customer feedback and trends.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and implement improvements to boost efficiency and sales.

Qualifications

- Food Safety Certification
