6. Job Description:
- Open store and prepare for the day
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Assist customers in the selection of goods and services
- Explain goods and services to customers
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Complete all necessary paperwork I.E. 4473s, Layaway agreements, Etc.
- Complete transactions on cash register
- Open and close POS system and cash register
- Correctly stock shelves with inventory
- Take phone calls and assist the customer
- Thank customers for their visit
- Close store and clean
