Summary of Position :
The Electrical Engineer supports engineering and operations by programming machinery and internal systems.
Functions of the Position :
- Supports electrical engineering project delivery through coordinated specifications and designs for electricians in collaboration with other engineers and technical disciplines to deliver on project standards.
- Supports electrical engineering joint efforts with general operational support through coordinated specifications and designs for electricians, working closely with other engineers and technical disciplines to deliver solutions to business needs.
- Ensures key systems for base support functions stay compliant, including (but not limited to) : supplier management, parts requisitions, contractor time tracking, and overall asset management.
- Supports remote facilities as needed (anticipated 30% travel)
- Provides on-call, second-level support to 2nd (and occasionally 3rd) shift electricians as needed.
