Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Keep reports of transactions
Qualifications
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling
- Experience with cash registers and handling transactions
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to customers
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer inquiries and assistance
- Strong sales skills to promote products or services
- Effective communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.85 - $16.53 per hour
